Can someone please advise on a good rooftop antenna for the the following TVFool report:

Looks like I can get most channels pointing North-West. There is a channel I'd really like to be able to pull in, Channel 21, which is pointing East though, well in the other direction. I like the
CreateTV channel, lots of how-to, DIY and cooking programs. Would I be able to pull 21 somehow?
