In any case, it looks like your local strong signals have to go through the building to get to your antenna. The C2V would still be suitable. Try different locations in your apartment, extending the RG6 coax if necessary.

If you put a high gain UHF antenna like a DB4e in a NW window (no metal screen or low-E glass) for KMYS, the signal might be blocked by the building across the parking lot. It's up to you if you want to experiment.
