If the stations at 320 magnetic are the only stations you need, I would recommend an RCA ANT751, this will easily mount to your sat pole. With the signal levels from these stations, you should need on pre-amp, however you may need to place a dirtribution amplifier ahead of the splitter. You can ground your coax with a 75 ohm ground block (ESD) near the entry point using a ground rod and a 12 guage solid copper wire, or inside where you can mount the ESD and run the 12 guage to the ground buss in your service panel.
