A antenna rotator Is Not required at your reception location.

Antenna rotation with a antenna rotator is Not channel surfing friendly , must wait for antenna to rotate , and their Will Be Domestic Situations about the direction the antenna is aimed.

--------------

The receivable Digital Broadcast Tv Stations/Channels are to the South South West from 177 degree magnetic compass direction to 223 degree magnetic compass direction.

WSIU-DT , Channel 8 , PBS , Is Very strong signal strength and will be received with any antenna aimed in any direction so No Requirement to aim a antenna at the 293 degree magnetic compass direction.

And WSIU-DT , also has a transmitter at 222 degree magnetic compass direction , Channel 40.

So that means that all the other receivable Tv stations are to the South South West.

---------------------

Looking at the Tvfool Digital Current Plus Pending Applications Included Radar Map and Channel List.

WPSD-DT , Real UHF channel 32 , NBC , is the weakest signal strength Tv station , at 186 degree magnetic compass direction.

----------------

I recommend a bigger antenna that receives more signal.

HBU33 antenna.

----------------

Aim the antenna at about 186 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

----------------

A antenna system amplifier will most likely not be required.

----------------

If you have to , you can install the antenna so the antenna is aimed into the tree and see how it goes.

Aiming into 1 tree does not mean no reception.

It does mean that their will be Negative Effects.

That will most likely result in disruption of reception.

It is Ok to Test reception by aiming into the tree.

It is not the end of the world because the antenna can be moved to another location.

And as to another location.

Is their a location on your property where the antenna can be placed where the tree will not be obstructing reception??

Can the antenna be placed on the other side of the tree so the tree is behind the antenna in the direction of reception??

-----------

Home Depot has , 10 foot 6 inch lengths , 1 and 3/8 inch diameter , TOP RAIL , chain link fence , PIPE , that is good for antenna mast pipe. The cost is low at about 10 dollars.

For Testing of reception.

The antenna can be mounted on the pipe and a Continues length of coax is run from the HBU33 antenna through a open door or window direct to the Tv.

--------------

Here is a antenna mount that makes a good stand for reception testing.

http://www.ronard.com/909911.html
Use the , ronard(911) , 5 foot tripod antenna mount.

The tripod antenna mount does not need to be bolted in places when is being used for reception testing.

Can buy the ronard 5 foot tripod antenna mount at , http://www.ronard.com , or , http://www.amazon.com.
