You can combine two identical antennas aimed in the same direction with equal length coax lines and a splitter in reverse to give you up to 2.5 dB additional gain, but there is no guarantee that it will help you at your location. Usually, your time is better spent in finding the best location for the antenna you already have.

That makes perfect sense. You have to put your antenna in the spot that has the strongest reflection.
