Those channel specs look strange because they're not North American channel numbers, they're Chinese or Asian. The marketers of that stuff don't have enough savvy to convert the specs....
WLOS is going to be difficult because it's very weak (it's only about 7000 watts in your direction) and it's distant at over 50 miles. You're going to have to put some significant metal up in the air to get it reliably and you're still going to need to be concerned with potential sources of interference (FM radio, local electrical noise, etc) causing issues that are impossible to see until you run into them.
