Wikipedia.com lists two additional subchannels:
- RF2.5 (Virtual 42-5) EBR Test Pattern (No Audio)
- RF2.6 (Virtual 42-6) EBR Test Pattern (No Audio)
It appears that the answer to your question is: "Yes. WKOB is still broadcasting low-band VHF on 2." If Wikipedia is correct, then you are receiving only part of the signal being broadcast by the station. Rescan your AIR or ANTENNA channels to ensure that you receive them all.
