According to RabbitEars.info and Wikiepedia.com, WKOB is a Class D digital broadcast station that broadcasts programming on four subchannels:
  • RF2.1 (Virtual 42-1) 24-7
  • RF2.2 (Virtual 42-2) Daystar
  • RF2.3 (Virtual 42-3) HOT TV
  • RF2.4 (Virtual 42-4) WizeBuy (infomercials)
Wikipedia.com lists two additional subchannels:
  • RF2.5 (Virtual 42-5) EBR Test Pattern (No Audio)
  • RF2.6 (Virtual 42-6) EBR Test Pattern (No Audio)
It appears that the answer to your question is: "Yes. WKOB is still broadcasting low-band VHF on 2." If Wikipedia is correct, then you are receiving only part of the signal being broadcast by the station. Rescan your AIR or ANTENNA channels to ensure that you receive them all.
