ADTech has offered sound advise. I agree that this does not seem to be an antenna problem.

If you asked 'which antennas have higher gain than the AD CS4, I would say, 'In a consumer grade price range the AD XG-91 and the Winegard HD8800 come to mind. However if you really want higher gain look at the Wade / Taco PB-82-BB'. But you have asked "...which would be best to try?" My best estimation is, none of these antennas will resolve the problem with your LG 55LH40.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
