WTVF already switched to UHF 25 as their primary signal several weeks ago. WKUT-LD has been displaced and is not on the air at this time.

Based on conversations with numerous broadcasters that we have had, the odds of current full power UHF stations relocating to low-VHF is virtually nil.

Ain't going to happen since WTVF is still licensed on VHF although it's now a "translator" for UHF 25. Whatever that application might have been, it's DOA.
