Thanks for the replies. New development: The antenna was a recent purchase from Solid Signal. It is defective. It is completely missing the contact wires from the UHF portion of the antenna to the Cartridge Housing where the cable connects. Will never get UHF signals with this antenna. In process of getting a replacement now.
