I cut the cord a month ago and have been watching channels 2 (CBS) and 9 (PBS) which are very clear with my rabbit ears but nothing much else comes in. I am willing to go to a roof antenna, and a local installer wanted to put the TERK - Omnidirectional Flat-Panel HDTV Outdoor Antenna - Silver on my roof, but it seems as if most people do not recommend the omnidirectional. Here is my TV Fool report:
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...5b94944b52fe48. My main concern is that I am close to the towers but live in a bit of a dip with houses and hills in the way to the south and southeast. It's a one-story house, so maybe 15 ft. if placed on roof at highest point. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
