I'd go with an Antennas Direct 91XG + Antennacraft Y10713 + RCA TVPRAMP1R. Mount outside, clear of obstructions such as trees and structures. If mounting on a common mast, place the 91XG at the top and the Y10713 about 4' below. This means that a 10' mast (or chain link 'top-rail') is needed.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
