Ok this one took a couple of hours of research.
The transmitters are Very Widely Spaced and are not reception friendly combinations of VHF channels and UHF channels.
CBLT-DT REAL Digital channel 20 , virtual number (5.1) is 68.8 miles to the east in Toronto on the CN Tower. The reception map at the CBC web site shows that your location is on the extreme fringe of reception.
The CBC does have a closer Analog Tv Transmitter (CBLN-TV-1 , UHF channel 29) at 133 degree magnetic compass direction , the same location as CIII digital channel 6 GTN and CICO digital channel 28 TVO.

Looks to me like the simplest way to do this is not go for the CBC digital channel 20 at 84 degree magnetic compass direction at the CN Tower.

CHCH Digital VHF channel 11 , Independent Tv station.
CIII Digital VHF channel 6 , GTN.
CICO digital UHF channel 28 , TVO.
CKCO Digital VHF channel 13 , CTV.
CBLN-TV-1 Analog UHF channel 29 , CBC.
