I'm concerned that you are using at least one, if not two too many amplifiers. A small non-amplified antenna such as the RCA ANT-751 should be able to drive a couple of tuners... A premium solution would be a Winegard HD7694P, with no amplifiers.

An aim point of about 240° would be the place to start from to begin final aim optimization.
