Those compact/plastic coated antennas generally have limited gain
and are not good at VHF. You have VHF signals for Cleveland.
I would also suggest the Channel Master 3016, available via Home
Depot.com for only $51.00, a very good antenna and deal.
Winegard antennas are good but the connector where you attach
the cable, often fail prematurely. They cost about $25.00 to replace.
