teleview, thank you very much for your response! While I'm sure that you are correct regarding Federal law, I would rather not pick a fight with the HOA, even one that I would be sure to win! If it is possible to place the antenna in my attic and avoid all other unpleasantness, I would rather do that.
With that in mind, would the ANT751 still be a good choice? I have a very large attic under a high peaked roof, so I can go with a larger antenna if necessary.
