The channel 24 LPTV station actually carries both WRGB and WCWN. WRGB is CBS but in SD, WCWN is CW in HD. There are a handful of Mets games on WCWN.
The HD7084P mentioned may work for WRGB on channel 6 or may not. It depends on local noise levels. That would get you NFL games in HD.
