There is no such thing as a "best overall antenna." The best antenna depends on your exact location. If you want help selecting an antenna for your new home, then you need to do what everyone else does. Do a TV Fool Radar plot for your exact address. Give the type of dwelling--ranch-style home, trailer, McMansion,
etc.--and the number of TV sets that will be connected to the antenna.
You may use the existing cabling for the Disk Network dish. However, you must keep in mind that splitters and joiners in the cable runs may not be compatible with OTA TV frequencies. Feed-thrus, couplers, and wall outlets should be OK.
