List pricing for the whole C2/V line hasn't been aligned in quite a while. The Completes in stock were packaged back when the list price of the combo was set for a club store. It gets confusing, I know....
Walmart and Best Buy carry the C2V with 20" CJ Mount (sans coax) for a retail price around $98-100. If you're not in a hurry, you can call in during operating hours and order from a sales rep and get more attractive pricing than list (which is all we can put on the web site).
You likely don't need a distribution amp, but that depends on how your existing cabling and splitting is set up.
