Rohn H50 Telescoping Mast
The Rohn H50 is probably one of the least expensive options I can think of.
Setting it up safely is a job for four (or more) well coordinated people on a dead calm day.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
