Have you tried just the C5 by itself, no RCA preamp, no DB4, no combiner, to see if you can pick up 7, 9, & 12?

That RCA pre-amp is ill-suited in areas where there are a mix of weak and strong signals as it overloads easily. You have a local VHF station that's fore-casted to be almost 50 dB stronger than the Denver stations. You also have a lot of local FM that the internal filter may not be able to handle.

Getting the VHF antenna out of the attic and up in the air would be the next step. There may well be electrical or electronic devices in your home that is drowning out the weak VHF signals from Denver. Could be an outside power line, neighbor's devices, etc.
