The 91XG is an older 14-69 design.
Some of the consideration for redesign would be if there is a worldwide demand for a channel 15-36 antenna, or only a US market.

You speak of 15 - 36? are they doing away with channel 14 also?
So how would you modify a 91 XG? Asking for a friend .
Seriously though I've seen some of those hi tech computer simulations from Holl_and, where he modifies the 91 XG.
It's very complicated.
