HOA's , housing covenets and etc. , are well aware of this law , yet many keep silent about it thinking that you will not find out and then can put the scam on you , saying you can not have antennas or , ok , but only a real small one , or you have to hide it , or you have to paint it the color of your house. Here is the truth , antennas are not evil.
