WTVF's primary transmitter is the 1 megawatt UHF 25 (moving to 36 later this year) signal.
The VHF 5 signal is licensed as a translator and is generally of limited use in the metro area (which is precisely why they built the UHF facility as an afterthought of the 2009 transition) even though it operates at 22 kW under a renewed STA.
