I agree with the XG-91... given your specific reception goal. (You can add a high-VHF antenna if you decide you want to watch programing broadcast on real channels 7 through 13.) I'm not overly worried about the CM7777 overloading, but would suggest you consider the Antennas Direct CPA-19 just to be on the safe side. You should have plenty of gain to overcome cable and splitter losses.

It looks like your TVFool report is based on the default mounting height of 10 feet. I would expect reception to improve at the height of the roof peak plus 5 feet. A tripod and 5' mast section would be in order.
