I'd use an Antennas Direct DB4e facing 221° and an Antennacraft Y10713 pointed at 263° (compass). Combine the two leads using an RCA TVPRAMP1R preamplifier.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
