Found your amp. 3 dB noise figure.
If you need more signal amplitude, you could put the amplifier at the mast, before cable loss. Then use a passive splitter on the amplified signal to service multiple TVs. This would be particularly effective if you wanted to combine signal from a VHF and UHF antenna, since there are many such amps with VHF and UHF inputs.
