Could you post your TV Fool analysis so that we can take a look at it?
The location of the WNDY transmitter can be seen in this map:

Most of the transmitters in the area are located closer to the heart of Indianapolis, like
WRTV, but WNDY is located about 22 miles further to the north-east. Depending on your location, it's quite possible for WNDY to have a different azimulth than the rest of the local transmitters.
