These may already be under consideration for database updates:
WKYT- Lexington, KY has been broadcasting on real channel 36 (1,000 KW) for some time (approx. since early September, 2010). WKYT was transmitting on real channel 13 up to the transition.
TV Fool currently lists the earlier channel 13, along with corresponding signal parameters.
WPXK is still transmitting with relatively low power and different location than a CP permits. See this post
WPXK-DT (ION) near Knoxville TN.
It appears that TV Fool shows the higher power & location listed in the WPXK CP (that has not been implemented)
