If mounting at 30' clears the tops of the nearby trees, you've got an easy opportunity for reception.

I often see @teleview suggest an Antennas Direct C2-V less the rear reflector in this type of situation. I hope he'll weigh in with the details if he thinks that fits this case.

Another option would be an RCA ANT-751. Though it tends to be modestly directional, it's still capable of receiving from the rear. I would try aiming at both major groups of signals while setting it up, then go with the aim that offers the most of what you want to watch. I'd expect you'd settle on an aim point of either NW or SE.

If you have to shoot through trees, you may be forced to pick one group of stations or the other and run a larger high-gain/directional antenna. There are additional options if you need or want to consider them.
