I currently live in the KC area.
I used a Antennacraft HBU 55 in a rural town 40 miles from KC and I was able to pick up every local channel in KC and also KMOS in your area and also Ch. 7 from St. Joseph with a pre amp. All of my signals were in the Yellow and Red range just like on your chart. I was even able to reliably pick up a weak LPTV station with a minus 16 NM with this setup.
Since you have signals coming in from all over the place you should use a Rotor if you want to pick up more stations than just Ch. 12.
