Thanks for correction. XEWT-12 has been off analog for most of last year, after Tijuana went all digital, but past week was first for reception of additional station on that old analog frequency...and only today did actual signals appear plus station ID as KTBV. I first looked up via Google...but mistakenly, because of signal strength, asked about "KTBV channel 12 san diego," and got nothing. Now I see
