That's pretty impressive considering it's a VHF-only design, and there's only one VHF channel in the area. The Clear Stream 4 is UHF, and should do considerably better. Consider also the 91XG, which has a very narrow beam width and even higher gain, since all your stations are in a very tight group, but 2-edge conditions. There's certainly no risk of too much signal strength, and I don't think it's overdoing it to go with the highest gain antenna you can reasonably use.

You have no need for VHF, since ABC on real 29 is your strongest channel and in the same direction as the others, while ABC on real 7 is weak, and in another direction altogether.
