coaxial t-connector question

I have a need for a very specific connector and I don't know if such a connector exists. I need a f-connector with 2 inputs that act as a passthrough, where it doesn't matter which is in and which is out, with a single output to the tv (all female). I've attached a drawing to illustrate what I need. It would look exactly like this adapter http://www.markertek.com/Connectors-...s/CZ-132.xhtml That adapter, however, has 1 input and 2 output.

(For more background, we recently had a house built and rather than run a single cable line to each tv my knucklehead contractor ran multiple cable lines in a sequence from one box to another to another, and didn't mark the lines, so I have no idea which one is in and which one is out. I don't know if it will even work, or at least work well, but if I had the adapter then I could at least try it before running new cable lines everywhere.)

Thanks in advance for any info that could be helpful.
