It's hard for me to suggest you spend any non-refundable cash trying to get WCAX, WVNY or WPTZ. All appear to be blocked by distance (curvature of the earth) and mountainous terrain. With predicted noise margins of roughly -18 dB, it's unlikely that you'll see those signals reliably, if at all.

You'd be more successful if you found a friend or family member in an area with better reception conditions who would let you install a SlingBox or similar Home Theater PC solution... That would allow you to use an Internet connection to view the signals remotely.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
