I'm using the ZIP code you supplied and the mileage figures that you posted.

Several more questions if I may,

Have you disconnected the cable service... or, is the antenna and cable service connected together? (I ask because connecting an antenna to a cable TV service feed will cause interference to police, fire and aircraft radio services.)

Which PBS station are you receiving?

Have you tried connecting the problem TV to the antenna with no splitter or extra cable?
