We tinkered with height, and there is no difference.
As for location, we tried two different spots, and had the same problem with CW in both places. We are now stuck in the location it's in -- the holes have all been drilled in the roof!
If it might be FM interference, my preamp has an FM trap on it; I can try tinkering with that. Any other suggestions?
