Here's the "Interactive Map" I just ran, as suggested in tips. Used 10' antenna height and then 14' - a rough approximation of where it'd likely be positioned - and the results appeared the same.

Looks like KRCR (ABC) could be a problem, which is somewhat as expected. I was in TV advertising for many years, some while back, and their reach was typically limited at this end of the market. Apparently, little has changed.
One of those simple, VHF-UHF indoor antenna's looks tempting, though I'd really like to know how a good-to-decent rooftop model would differ. Thanks again~
