Nice photos.

You need to isolate the bad part of your system.

Divide and conquer.

I suggest you use the substitution method for troubleshooting your system.

Put together an antenna, preamp, downlead, and TV that work.

Then, substitute, one-by-one, each suspected part of your present bad system into the known good test system that works.

Yeah, I know it sounds like a lot of work. Any worse than what you are going through now?
