I don't understand your reference to IPTV, which delivers content by logical internet protocol, instead of by terrestrial OTA signals. Perhaps you should tells us what you plan on doing with the OTA signals.

I don't know of any "commercial grade" antenna that will cover all three TV bands, but there are manufactured antennas that will do it. What is your budget for this project? Commercial grade antennas are expensive.

In any case, ION is in a different direction and will need a second antenna and a custom combiner, or an antenna that has a wide beamwidth for UHF to cover both directions.
