Likely your bowtie array does not have enough sensitivity at VHF-low frequencies (rf 10) to pick up WNCT. If there's room in the attic, you could add an Antennacraft VHF-high yagi Y5713 or Y10713 and point it at WNCT. Combine the two antennas with a UVSJ
