If the signal on real CH-9 was stronger I could agree with the suggestion of the CM4228. It it may work. If not, a Y10713 could be added (a good reason to opt for the dual input TVPRAMP1R, which is priced better than the CM7778).

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
