System Design Questions
Are there any unused splitter ports?
Is there more than one splitter in the system?
How much coax is used between the antenna and splitter?
How much coax is used to run from the splitter to the most distant tuner?

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
