Yes, but the power lines themselves are not the only culprit. The
connections between the lines & transformers can emit high levels of noise (static), especially if not properly tightened. It is worse when the humidity is low & barely evident when humid. I've even seen analog UHF affected at my first residence in the winter time. This is not an issue with underground power distribution from my experience.
Once the power is stepped down by the transformer & enters the house, it shouldn't be an issue.
