WIVB is now channel sharing with Buffalo's CW...

WIVB is now channel sharing with Buffalo's CW station, WNLO.
They are to turn in their F.C.C. license. Some of the other
Buffalo stations will soon be doing the same. It is called
Spectrum Repack....
