I got it- the vhf channels have to be pointed...

I got it- the vhf channels have to be pointed right on pretty much...that was what it was and maybe a little loose for a windy day..tighten down, and pointed in the right direction and back to really...

UPDATE-- Well I've got the antenna up 5 ft above...

UPDATE-- Well I've got the antenna up 5 ft above the chimney, a good bit higher than it was..and pointed in the right direction. New problem- 2 - 11 channels have interuption that they never had...

I don't know the name/brand..it was in my neighbor's attic, brand new and never used...to my knowledge it is a basic VHF/UHF/FM "wedge" antenna, with the V shape front and longer bars to the back..
