They are narrowband antennas. They can receive TV signals but a real TV antenna would outperform them.

Those are amateur radio antennas.
The bottom antenna is a 3 element yagi for 50 MHz (just below channel 2)
The middle antenna is for 144 MHz. (That’s above the aircraft band but below channel 7) ...
