Boston area indoor antenna recommendation

Son lives in suburban Boston: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...13490637a1a400

Rabbit ears worked well until about six months ago, but now only the Fox affiliate receivable on relatively new Viore HDTV. He's now considering an indoor Antennas Direct C2 ClearStream Television Antenna which, per Amazon.com, enjoys a 4+ rating from 150 customer reviews. He would situate adjacent to receiver on second floor (about 20+ above street level) of three story duplex which he owns. He is contemplating roof work within next year, so could install rooftop mast at that time, should indoor antenna be inadequate.

What do TV Fool experts recommend, please and thanks?

Just about any UHF antenna pointed towards Needham should work provided the signal can get to the antenna. Trees and other buildings are the usual outdoor problems while construction materials that include stone or metal are the usual problems from the buildings themselves. Rabbit ears are generally too long electrically to be efficient on UHF so they really aren't going to perform well in Boston, an all-UHF city.

FWIW, the C2 is my personal favorite indoor antenna from our lineup...
