WNBJ-LD is authorized to transmit on UHF channel 16, not UHF 39 which is their virtual channel number.

TY , yes transmit on RF 16 would make sense for this area , the virtual 16.1 here is a Fox affiliate WJKT & real RF is supposed to be 39
