hello i noob and i wanted to know if someone could help me on what antenna would work in my area....

Areas north of Hwy 210 in San Bernadino will find reliable reception from Mt Wilson to be somewhere between very, very challenging and simply impossible as the San Gabriel mountains are in the way.

The only viable strategy is to go big, go tall, and do not attempt to cut any corners or make and mistakes. Even if you do everything perfectly, your results may not be as expected.

A large antenna such as the Winegard HD7698P or Channel Master CM5020 pointed West toward Mt Wilson may give you some of the stations down in the red shaded section of your report. However, it looks doubtful that you would get reliable reception of all the major networks. There are other antenna options such as the Antennas Direct DB8E combined with a Stellar Labs 30-2476 but these would not be a large step up in performance, they would offer the flexibility of independent aiming... which might prove somewhat helpful in your case.

The bottom line is that signals that are "Line of Sight" and listed in the green and yellow sections of your report will be the most likely 'reliable' signal for you. Signals that are "2-Edge" and listed in the red and grey sections of your report will be much more challenging to receive and if received, may be prone to drop outs.

You're in a challenging location... You need to use the most capable antenna(s) to have a realistic chance of reception of any of the major LA based stations. Small antennas won't do the job, not even if they have an amplifier built in.

The antenna you've linked to has no intentional VHF capability. I did not see the gain specification in the add copy, but the design appears to be similar to antennas of 'medium' gain. (Mileage estimates are generally useless. And in cases like yours, the mountainous terrain makes 'mileage' estimates from any vendor completely irrelevant.) That would leave you with little hope of seeing any of the real channels in the range of 2 through 13. That means it would have little chance of receiving KABC.
